The appointment form

The booking form on this website does not send anything to a server. When you press “Book Appointment”, your device opens WhatsApp with a message drafted from what you typed — the message reaches us only if you press Send in WhatsApp, and it arrives as an ordinary WhatsApp message from you. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

The Smile Assistant

The chat widget answers from a fixed set of responses on your device. Messages you type into it are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

When you contact us

If you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we use the contact details and information you share only to respond to you and manage your appointments and care.

Technical logs

The site is served through Cloudflare and Google Cloud. Like almost every website, standard technical logs (IP address, time, pages requested) are generated by that infrastructure for security and uptime purposes.

Embedded map

The Contact section embeds Google Maps to show our location. Loading it may allow Google to set cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights
